MyW2Employer for Corporate Clients

For corporate clients that can recruit independent contract professionals directly, using MyW2 Employer can reduce hourly rates by 20% or more. Representing these temporary contract workers as their employer of record, MyW2Employer assumes the responsibility of client billing, payroll, tax collection, and IRS W-2 reporting. Workers Compensation and liability insurance is also provided thus reducing the risks associated with improper Tax Compliance. Because MyW2Employer is not in the recruiting business, corporate clients control the contract and there are no restrictions usually associated with third-party recruitment firms.
  • Cut costs - Eliminate third party recruitment fees by 20% or more. Our 5% admin fee is all you pay. Check out our online Rate Calculator to see just how much you can save.
  • Reduce risks- MyW2Employer pays all contract employees through our regular payroll and we issue a W-2 to all workers. We assume employer responsibilities associated with Workers Compensation insurance and take care of all human resources tasks insuring proper Tax Compliance.
  • Take control - You control the contract engagement. There are NO restrictions:
No non-compete clauses with the client or contract worker
No conversion fees to full-time employment
        No cancellation notice requirement
How does it work? Hiring contract professionals has never been easier. Once you and your temporary worker determine the scope and costs related to an engagement, contact one of our Business Managers and leave the rest to us. We will distribute agreements for signature, set up time-sheets and billing processes, perform payroll and provide reporting. In all other respects you and your contract employee will function independently with no restrictions usually related to third-party staffing agreements.

Why is your contract employee's status important?
  • Having your contract employee represented as a full-time employee of MyW2Employer means that you do not have to worry about the IRS changing your contract employee's status to your full-time employee - as has happened in several recent high-profile lawsuits.
  • All full-time contract employees of MyW2Employer are provided with Workers Compensation, short and long-term disability insurance and life insurance coverage.

Already working with a recruiting firm or agency? We encourage you to compare benefits and costs.
Use our online Rate Calculator to find out how much MyW2Employer can reduce your temporary staffing costs - in many cases the difference is thousands of dollars a year per engagement.
